Orvion Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid Orvion recurring subscriptions, one-time number activation or provisioning charges, and one-time additional-minute package purchases.

Website: https://getorvion.com
Support: support@getorvion.com

1. Cancelling a Subscription

You may cancel your Orvion subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops future automatic renewals.

Unless applicable law or the checkout terms provide otherwise, your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period that has already been paid.

There is no cancellation fee.

Depending on the payment provider used for your subscription, cancellation may be available through:

  • your Orvion account;
  • a cancellation or customer-portal link included with your payment receipt;
  • the applicable Merchant of Record or payment provider;
  • email to support@getorvion.com.

If you contact us by email, please use the email address associated with your subscription and include enough information for us to identify the account.

2. Refund for a New Subscription

If Orvion does not meet your needs, you may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase.

To request the refund, contact:

support@getorvion.com

Please include the email address used for the subscription and, if available, the order, invoice, or receipt number.

After the first 7 days, the initial subscription payment is generally non-refundable except where required by law or where one of the circumstances below applies.

3. Renewal Payments

Recurring subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a new billing period has started.

Cancelling during a billing period prevents the next renewal but does not normally result in a prorated refund for unused days in the current period.

We may nevertheless approve a refund where:

  • you were charged more than once for the same billing period;
  • an incorrect amount was charged;
  • a charge resulted from a confirmed billing error;
  • Orvion was materially unavailable and the purchased service could not reasonably be used;
  • the payment was not authorized and the circumstances are confirmed;
  • applicable law requires a refund.

4. Number Activation and Provisioning

Number activation or provisioning is a one-time charge for assigning a number for use with the Service. It does not mean that you purchase or own the telephone number.

If payment succeeds but Orvion cannot successfully provision or assign the number because of a technical or provider failure, we will retry the provisioning process or correct the failed transaction through a refund or other appropriate remedy.

After successful provisioning and assignment, the number activation charge is generally non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Additional-Minute Packages

Additional-minute packages are one-time purchases of Voice usage credits. They do not independently create or extend a Voice subscription entitlement.

Duplicate or incorrect billing for an additional-minute package can be corrected or refunded. If a technical or payment failure prevents purchased credits from being granted, we will repair the transaction or provide an appropriate refund.

Once minute credits have been successfully granted, they are generally non-refundable, especially after they have been used, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

6. Service Problems

If you experience a problem with Orvion, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute.

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the issue.

If we cannot provide the material service that was purchased, we may provide an appropriate full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

7. How Refunds Are Processed

Payments may be handled by an independent payment provider or Merchant of Record.

Where a Merchant of Record processed your payment, an approved refund may be issued by that provider rather than directly by Orvion.

Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method where possible.

The time required for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider, card network, bank, and payment method.

Orvion cannot control processing time after a refund has been released by the payment provider.

8. Taxes

Where the payment provider or Merchant of Record collected VAT, sales tax, GST, or another transaction tax, applicable tax adjustments are handled by that provider as part of the refund process.

9. Statutory Rights

This Policy does not limit any right to refund, withdrawal, cancellation, repair, replacement, price reduction, or other remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

Where applicable consumer law gives you stronger rights than this Policy, those rights apply.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment is incorrect or you are entitled to a refund, please contact us first at:

support@getorvion.com

This usually allows the matter to be resolved more quickly than a chargeback or payment dispute.

Nothing in this Policy prevents you from exercising rights available through your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or applicable law.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time.

The version that applies to a payment will be subject to applicable law and the terms presented in connection with that purchase.
