These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Orvion.

Orvion is operated by Usakovskiy Matvey Yurevich, an individual based in Samarkand, Uzbekistan ("Orvion", "we", "us", or "our").

Website: https://getorvion.com
Support: support@getorvion.com

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using Orvion, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Orvion Service

Orvion is a software-as-a-service platform designed primarily for local service businesses.

Depending on the features enabled for an account, Orvion may assist with:

  • customer intake;
  • service-request qualification;
  • phone, SMS, messaging, and web-chat communications;
  • scheduling;
  • appointment booking;
  • follow-up;
  • customer and lead management;
  • related business workflow automation.

Features may change as the service evolves.

2. Business Use

Orvion is intended primarily for business and professional use.

You represent that:

  • you are at least 18 years old;
  • you have authority to enter into these Terms;
  • information you provide to Orvion is accurate;
  • if you use Orvion for a business or organization, you are authorized to act for that business or organization.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining accurate account information;
  • maintaining the security of your account and credentials;
  • activity carried out through your account;
  • promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not sell, transfer, or provide unauthorized access to an Orvion account.

4. Your Customers and Communications

You are responsible for your relationship with your own customers and prospects.

You must ensure that your use of Orvion complies with applicable laws and rules concerning:

  • phone calls;
  • SMS and messaging;
  • automated communications;
  • marketing;
  • consent;
  • call recording;
  • privacy and data protection.

You must not use Orvion to contact people where you do not have a lawful basis or required consent to do so.

Additional rules concerning calls and messages are described in our SMS & Call Policy.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Orvion may be offered through recurring subscription plans.

The applicable price, billing frequency, and material purchase terms will be shown before checkout.

Subscriptions automatically renew for successive billing periods unless cancelled before the next renewal, subject to the terms presented at checkout.

Payment providers and Merchants of Record

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider or Merchant of Record.

Where a Merchant of Record is used:

  • that provider may be the legal seller for the payment transaction;
  • it may collect payment from you;
  • it may calculate, collect, and remit applicable taxes;
  • it may issue receipts, invoices, refunds, and other payment documents;
  • its buyer or payment terms may also apply to the transaction.

The identity of the applicable payment provider or Merchant of Record will be shown at checkout, on the payment page, or on the related invoice or receipt.

Orvion does not require a specific payment provider to provide the Service and may change payment providers over time.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel an Orvion subscription at any time.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless applicable law or the checkout terms provide otherwise.

Where available, cancellation may be completed through:

  • the Orvion account;
  • a customer portal or cancellation link supplied with the payment receipt;
  • the applicable Merchant of Record or payment provider;
  • support@getorvion.com.

Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and by any mandatory rights under applicable law.

7. Refunds

Our current Refund & Cancellation Policy is published at:

https://getorvion.com/refund-policy

Where payments are handled by a Merchant of Record, approved refunds may be processed by that provider.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, withdrawal, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Third-Party Services

Orvion may rely on third-party services including:

  • telecommunications providers;
  • SMS and messaging providers;
  • email providers;
  • cloud infrastructure;
  • artificial-intelligence providers;
  • calendar services;
  • payment services;
  • other integrations selected by you or by Orvion.

We do not control third-party services and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability.

Use of some integrations may also be subject to the third party's own terms.

9. Automated and AI-Assisted Features

Orvion may use automated systems and artificial intelligence to interpret requests, conduct conversations, summarize information, classify requests, or assist with workflow decisions.

Automated systems can make mistakes.

You remain responsible for how Orvion is configured for your business and for reviewing business-critical information where appropriate.

Orvion is not an emergency response service.

You must not rely on Orvion as the sole method for handling emergencies or situations involving immediate threats to health, safety, or property.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not use Orvion:

  • for unlawful or fraudulent activity;
  • to send spam;
  • to harass, threaten, or deceive people;
  • to impersonate another person or business without authorization;
  • to distribute malware or harmful code;
  • to bypass security or access controls;
  • to interfere with the operation of Orvion or third-party systems;
  • to collect or process information unlawfully;
  • for goods or services prohibited by applicable law or our payment or infrastructure providers.

We may restrict or suspend accounts involved in abusive or unlawful use.

11. Customer Data

You retain your rights in information you submit to Orvion.

You authorize us to process that information as necessary to:

  • provide the Service;
  • maintain and secure the Service;
  • provide support;
  • comply with law;
  • enforce these Terms.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual Property

Orvion, including its software, interfaces, design, branding, documentation, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to Orvion and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Orvion while your account is authorized to access the Service.

They do not transfer ownership of Orvion intellectual property to you.

13. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide suggestions or feedback about Orvion, you authorize us to use that feedback to improve the Service without obligation to compensate you.

14. Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may:

  • maintain or update the Service;
  • add, remove, or change features;
  • modify integrations;
  • take reasonable security or operational measures.

We will seek to avoid material disruption where reasonably possible.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

  • non-payment;
  • violation of these Terms;
  • fraud or abuse;
  • security risk;
  • legal or regulatory requirements;
  • restrictions imposed by essential infrastructure or payment providers.

You may stop using Orvion at any time.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

16. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orvion is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee:

  • that every inquiry is genuine;
  • that every lead converts into a customer;
  • that a customer will attend an appointment;
  • a particular number of leads, bookings, customers, revenue, profit, or other business result;
  • that every automated interpretation or response will be correct;
  • uninterrupted availability of third-party communications or integrations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orvion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost business opportunities, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms, regardless of the legal theory asserted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orvion’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you actually paid to Orvion for the Service during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$300.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Orvion harmless from third-party claims arising from:

  • your unlawful use of the Service;
  • communications sent through your account without required authorization or consent;
  • your violation of these Terms;
  • content or data supplied by you that violates another person's rights.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Mandatory consumer protections or other non-waivable rights applicable to you remain unaffected.

Where a Merchant of Record acts as seller for a payment transaction, its buyer terms may separately govern the payment and sale transaction.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If a change materially affects an active subscription or your rights, we will provide reasonable notice where required.

The current version will always be available at:
